I'm extremely glad to have found Dr Chamoun. I was able to book an appointment with him at short notice and benefited from his decades of experience to quickly narrow down the probable cause of my symptoms. My alternative would have been waiting for many, many months for an NHS appt with a neurologist, all the while not knowing what underlying issue there may be, and even then, I may not have seen someone with Dr Chamoun's level of experience. His style was also very easy to get along with - he quickly got to the key issues and then explained things clearly. Highly recommended.

Dr Chamoun seen my brother in his clinic. He took time to do all the necessary tests and also he explained from the start the causes, symptoms and possible diagnosis with clarity. The follow up appointment was conveniently set virtually and also he explained all the necessary treatments including the lifestyle actions and changes necessary.
We are really grateful to Dr Chamoun for his time and the way he explained everything with details and a bit of humour and most important with positivity and encouragement.

Dr. Chamoun was super attentive and listened to what happened to me all the way through. He spent a great amount of time taking notes, explaining my symptoms, doing tests and so on. I left calmer and knowing myself better.

Dr Viq Chamoun is a leading consultant neurologist based in London, with a special interest in the treatment of headaches, migraine, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson's disease. Having graduated from the University of Cambridge and then the University of London, he went on to complete his specialist training at renowned London hospitals such as the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and the Institute of Neurology, and gained international experience at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town.
He works as a consultant at the famous Stoke Mandeville Hospital, where he set up the Multiple Sclerosis Service in 2004. He sees over 50 patients with headaches each month and has long term responsibility for over 800 patients with multiple sclerosis.
Dr Chamoun is known for his approachable manner and for his preference to inform and educate patients, rather than simply diagnosing and medicating. He ensures that he gives ample time to each patient, taking a holistic approach and using interventions for which there is good evidence.
Dr Chamoun also dedicates time to research, and has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in medical journals.
